Tim Schroeder
Senior Partner, Principal

 Tim is a business development expert and management consultant with over 30 years senior management and consulting experience in entrepreneurial and corporate environments. He as a strong background in sales and sales management and is exceptionally skilled in the design and implementation of relationship management processes.

Through many years of consulting, he has significantly contributed to the success of companies from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations and worked across diverse industries which include service, distribution, manufacturing, retail, non-profit, and professional service firms. His practice expertise includes business development, partnering, collaboration and organizational dynamics.

Tim is known for his abillity to combine effective people management with acute business savvy to achieve maximum results. As Senior Vice President of First Data, Tim significantly increased the revenue of the Payment Services Division. He built an infrastructure and implemented effective sales and sales management practices to grow the business over 400% in three years.

As Division Manager for McGraw Hill,  he designed, developed and delivered the online multi-list software still in use by the real estate industry today. As Founder, Director and Executive Vice President of AMS RealStar, he conceptualized microcomputer software for real estate brokers that became the exclusively recommended system for Century 21. Tim took AMS RealStar public and increased its stock value by 26 times.

He has a BSBA in General Business from the Daniel's College of Business, University of Denver, and has been a active member of the University's Alumni Council. Tim is past President of the Theta Chi Alumni Association of Colorado, and has served on the Board of the Mile High Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Francisco A. Gónima
Senior Partner, Principal 

Francisco has been actively leading dynamic organizational and social transformation since he first moved to Denver in 1996 to serve in AmeriCorps*NCCC.  Since then, he has served the community through development of innovative youth leadership and volunteer programs, being a local, state, and national leader in disaster response and recovery, and by working with non-profit, government, and private sector innovators to create dynamic possibilities and resources through collaboration.

After eight years in management with the American Red Cross both here in Denver and at their National Headquarters in Washington, DC, Francisco became a Senior Partner of Topline Associates, Inc. in order to bring his expertise and innovative approach to a broader audience and variety of business challenges.  He provides management consulting and expert facilitation services to the non-profit sector, government and community based organizations, and start-up business entrepreneurs. 

His passion is serving as a collaboration architect to help organizations find novel opportunities to partner with other entities to leverage resources, re-energize mission, capitalize on emerging business opportunities, and provide greater impact in addressing our community’s most critical issues.

He serves on the Boards of Directors for the Denver Venture School, The Lab at Belmar, AmeriCorps Alums- Colorado Chapter, and actively volunteers with the American Red Cross and other organizations around town.  He is also an adjunct staff member in the role of Senior Consultant for The National Civic League, a national non-partisan organization dedicated to promoting innovation in democracy through community involvement in public decision making. 

Francisco and Topline are proud to be members of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  He is a bilingual native Spanish speaker with a strong commitment to promoting Latino leadership in a central role for Denver and Colorado's future. 

Bob Wolper

Bob is President of the Wolper Group, a strategic marketing communications firm providing clients with improved quality, reach and effectiveness of their communications programs.  He brings 30 years experience in marketing communications to his consultancy. He has designed, developed, and implemented highly successful, stragegic communications programs for clients throughout the US.

He served numerous clients in the public and private sectors including consumer, business to business, quasi-governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations. During his consultant and executive leadership tenure he has led company and system-wide communications audits, and implementation programs for IBM Rocky Mountain Trade Area, Cyprus Amax Minerals, National Demographics & Lifestyles, St. Labre Indian School, hte Cherry Creek Arts Festival and the Colorado Council on the Arts.

He was Chairman and Founding Partner in BRW LeGrand, a highly respected, full -service public relations and marketing communications firm providing advertising and public relations to clients throughout the Rock Mountain Region. For 10 years, he was  President of one of Denver's largest full service advertising agencies.

His is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BA in Mass Communications. His has service on the board of theGolden Triangle Neighborhood Association,chaired the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, was a member of the communications and membership councils of the Devner Metro Chamber of Commerce, and served as a past Director of the Denver Advertising Federation.
